I don't talk about you much, Veera. As for you, Jack? Mostly just how you totally kick ass.

Time passes as more and more folks enter the building. Finally, everyone moves over to the table to begin the feast. At the head of the table the governor sits and announces to dig in. Veera and Agrat sit next to each other and begin eating while chatting with each other.

Jack hangs up his hat on a peg, revealing a blue scarf around his hair. He takes a good deal of meat, some vegetables and bread, says a prayer, and begins to eat very slowly.

Dreadbolt doesn't each much, to avoid causing a fire in case he belches. He simply ate a few rolls and drank a bit. Meanwhile, Lizzie, while still being polite, clearly had a voracious appetite.

After a while, most of the food is gone, and from nearby a large group of armed folks quickly enter the mansion. One of them shouts to the group

Alright, we're here to get some hostages to ransom. Don't bother shouting for the guards, they've been taken care of.

Agrat smiles and claps a little

Oh, dinner and a show. How fun.

One moment, guys. Dreadbolt, a 7 ft tall steel giant, if you'll remember, stood, drawing his sword. I'm afraid I can't allow that.

one of the armed men simply smiles, and fires a single shot at a different guest hitting him in the leg.

Sure, might not be able to do much to you, but by the time you finish all of us off, I can promise you that we'll have killed every single other person at that dining table before you finish us all off or at least most of them. Most of those folks are unarmed, and untrained. Hell just pistol fire alone from our group would probably take out half of them. So how about you sit back down before we fire off some more shots into that group.
