That is only a hint of what is being spent.

That represents free gc gold on hand. That does not account for assets that have since been converted to gc and spent.
It also does not account for curses and credits used.
It also does not account for anyone using irl money bringing additional credits into the game to toss down the crapper.

Also consider those not involved are creating gc revenue possibly even more than normal, that is also reflected in that chart.

It sure would be nice if the next war was fought with ships instead of gold. Or at least a closer ratio of importance.

You know I dare say this might be the most costly war Avonmora ever fought. At least in the time I've been here. Then again my memory is shite, and I tend to stay outta conflicts and just laze around for the most part, so maybe I slept through any other fights that may have been worse

I dare say you might be right Mel. I don't ever remember a war that has such a high price tag. I can see when Spain rebuilds, we will have to revisit the size of our 'War Chest"

Honestly it's probably going to be a golden opportunity for young(ish) upstarts looking to place a nation of their own on the map to make a move soon. If a group of folks got together they could easily take advantage of all this turmoil and snatch a port in all this fighting.

of course I think most have seen by watching this war that port ownership and port warfare is far more costly then it's worth. I certainly learned that in my first fight. I hope ships someday play the main role in port warfare, or at least a larger one then now.

Today: Total Nations Balance: 7.04B

Roughly equates to IoM 2.3 billion in treasury spent, Spain 4.46 billion


That is if no other nation has had a significant drawdown. Also not taking into account the Huge increase in USA treasury over the span of the war. The numbers on Spain's side could be bigger if you take that into account.

May be off plus or minus a few hundred million on Spain's side.

Well on that front we did some rough math today. IoM is up around 300 mill in ship value, Another 200-250 million in stolen purse via those damn sneaky booty masters.
