Okay, from my understanding, if juicy was not taking the hill, I am certain he did not have to post a guild tag. Mistakes can be made, this is why we have Lefty, and other moderators.
"if you can not own up to a mistake then you should not be a mod as mods should be honest and neutral in all affairs."
Listen, I am neutral in this affair, if the previous owners of the hill had been TMN, or ATC, they would have won. I do not understand, why if it is Fox, there is a controversy, or if you'd be arguing, if it was not PK's point involved?

Also, I have been very lenient in this forum so far, but there are lines, please keep the forum rule in mind:
7. Mod Baiting (open discussion of a previously issued moderation or administrative action) is prohibited. Contact a moderator or administrator via e-mail, pm, or other private method of communication to refute or discuss a moderation or administrative action.

---
When you are suggesting or pointing out an error, do so respectfully.
Also, juicy's post has been locked to prevent editing.
Thank you.

I am debating this because there was a post before the counter making it so that is a fact that PK had the hill, Juicy had only one choice in that case retake the hill instead he attempted to counter a fact that already happened, because there was a post before.

Now if Juicy had posted right after with his counter I would consider that you are correct.
and if you want to threaten me with action because I am calling into question your motives that is fine I just felt that all should see and offer an input if necessary.

Call it whatever you want, but it seems to be a rule in this former game. Why do the rules change, when the format is the same?
This example is from a previous game. Please explain why it is important to some games but not others if it is indicated? :?:

So here's how it works, the guild with the most people to post win, simple right?
Rules:
A person may only represent their guild once, after that, they may no longer post their guilds name.
Each guild must have a guild color that will represent them, when a player post, they must post in the color.
The guild name must be Bold and use the color of their guild.
Simple right.
ie. If I was posting for Fox I would say: [Fox]

[b]Not in a guild? Or not in a guild with over 10people?
If you are not in a larger guild, you can still play. When you post though, instead of posting a guild abbreviation, post Team Solo

Unfairness
Some guilds are bigger than others, yes, but the number of active people are also different. Not all the guild games will favor size, don't worry.

Prize
The guild that wins will gain +1 Guild Points in the Guild Games, in the end, the guild with the most points will win a magnificent unknown prize, and bragging rights as Winner of the Guild Games.

Objective:To increase your guild's activity in game forums. RAINBOW

So that I can understand your points here:
Are you saying that the time of Juicy's rebuttal to Mohammed taking the hill, it does not stand.
or
Are you saying he is not allowed to counter a claim of the hill.
or
Are you saying that he should have claimed the hill, and not have countered it.

I am not keeping anything in the dark, this forum is open, I am asking you to watch tone and level of respectfulness. This is not an argument.

On Lefty's point:
The rules from the first game to this one changed because the first game rules were too complicated for people to follow. While the games were similar, extremely similar, they had different purposes and different goals to achieve.
ie. You could only post once so more of your guild would get involved, thus increasing forum membership and hopefully activity.
It needed to be in bold and color and all of that to show newer users how to use those functions of the forums.
The rules we have all serve a purpose. I hope that can clear up the rule changes.

I am saying that because there was a post by Xanadu before Juicy's counter one can not just disregard the post entirely as this makes it clear that the hill was controlled by someone other than Juicy.

and Lefty I can agree with that if the rules are unchanging it leads to less confusion and better still no room for error.

Does everyone understand the reasoning for the rule changes though. There were many complaints, including the first from Lefty, on the complicated rules. Now there is argument to bring back the old rules. If you want consistency, we are staying consistent, with the current, KotH rules. Other events depending on their purpose, will have different rules.

I am sure this is what Lefty was talking about that the rules should not change for guild games the rules must be set for all either tags are required or they are not and to have other games that make them required where others are not is confusing.

All of the games have required tags.

I well yes it is required at least once, but you were saying that to counter or defend you are not required to post tag, but if you are attacking you are why not just make it a requirement to post a tag regardless of attacking or defending
