I'm young (16) and suffer from both. Pushed my right shoulder 3 centimetres up, which explains that, but anything which helps, beside being a painkiller junkie and/or expensive massages?

You described characteristic symptoms of scoliosis .

If a frequent use of painkillers doesn't help, then the solution is not to assume more painkillers. You're 16, your body tolerate them, but painkillers are not a cure for anything they just remove the pain, which is an alarm bell for something else.
Go find that something else.

Uhm... I am pretty skeptic about your doctor's commitment to his (their) work...
Thing is, doctors, say I'm perfectly healthy (Besides, a little overweight which is, my own fault and I am working on that lol)

How can they say, that you are perfectly healthy, when you already have spinal deformity??

I think you need to visit other doctor(s) to get second opinion and take a spine CT scan (and/or MRI) as soon as possible.

P.s. Sorry for being scaremonger, but better to react now than later, when the symptoms get worse...

I have serious back problems too, and some shoulder problems. i know my back issues are from degenerative discs in my low back. the shoulder stems from and accident years ago. I have found recently though that if i spend less time on the pc, and when i dont lean on my elbows, thus transferring the pressure into my shoulders when i am on the pc, that they feel better most of the time.

By all means get a MRI, or CT, They will surely help to find out what the problem or at least what is being effected, causing the apin.

Have had back surgery and also been thru the ringer with extreme pain. went about a year without being able to walk or hardly stand. my best advice: try not to use painkillers (this should only be a last resort), seek out physical therapy (the exercises they have u do may seem ridiculous at times but they can teach u how to fight thru pain) also try getting a doctor to refer u to a spinal steroid shot. its completely painless and only takes about 15-20 minutes. the extra strength will help with the initial recoup. in the meantime, focus on abdominal exercises u can do without extreme pain. Making ur core stronger and trying to move is the best thing u can do for back pain.

I thought my life was bad, but, you guys are worst.

Soo many people with brokeback.

For young people, I heard there are special braces that you can wear to keep your spine straight, young people regenerate faster, try not to use money for surgeries if you have to, for older people, I suggest x ray, etc and think of what to do, maybe even surgeries.

I ain't a doctor, but, ye know, just my opinion based on common sense, also, exercise. Taking a 10 min walk a day is better than nothing.

Daily morning run on this school, generally active throughout the day afterwards.
