Correct. The FCC (Federal Communication Commission), well more specifically Ajit Pai, has had his proposal to repeal net neutrality passed and now Congress here has to pass it to make it official.
Net neutrality is basically freedom to use internet with no pay. Ajit wants people to pay for internet usage at a cost of 9.50 per package. A package is a classification of what you are looking up, such as an entertainment package, education package, or even job packages. Each package is a separate order. Also, the FCC controls what is in this package, which is dystopian to freedoms. Basically, the monopoly internet controllers can control what we see and if something hurts their feelings, they can hide it from society. USA is the land of the fee instead of free now...
