You are being watched! The prohibition on MoW transfers is being enforced. Beware your actions. Take into account whether any MoWs were transferred to or from you prior to the prohibition. Beware that Goblin is either trolling or is not well informed before he speaks on a subject with complete disregard for decency. It should be noted that disregarding decency should be reserved for the well informed and well spoken. Is that simple enough for you?
