Yes it was. Longer puzzles are easier to break because certain words have a tendency to repeat. If the puzzle is short it can eliminate most repeatable common words such as "an, the, on, in, as, that, than, then, them" and become harder to find character sequences. I also use a tool to double check my work.

thats pretty close to what I got on the first couple of trys at it
