I can't tell you the exact issue but I can tell you that it has nothing to do with availability of credits, willingness or ability to part with them, but the transfer has to be postponed. It is winner related. Captain Dungeness will announce the winner when the prize is claimed. The transfer of the ship will not cause a delay in the announcement.
