This contest is for fair playing individuals only. Captain Dungeness will be verifying that the winner should not have had prior knowledge before placing his guess.
This is added because it is obviously needed:
You get only one guess unless this contest takes too long. When we have a winner, we will announce only that someone has won. Then we will see what Captain Jack thinks. We will not hold up prize transfer.
Your guess will become invalid if you alter it. One guess except as pointed out above. Skyhawk's post brought on this need so he has not yet been disqualified. His guess of 23 stands as his final.
Any attempt to use a loophole will constitute cheating and will disqualify you from this contest and any others that I may initiate in the future.

The winner of this contest gets 100 credits from me. It is your obligation to procure a Commandeer card if you win so that you can collect........






A shiny new level 10 Ship of the Line, also provided by me so if you win, you'll have to get the number from me and we will arrange a time for me to be vulnerable to Commandeer. I'll bet the bad guys are drooling over this so stop! Your entry in this contest will serve as your promise not to use the opening in my defense to allow or to conduct any other voodoo attacks.
Just a little added note 42 is the average number of attributes a ship gets naturally, If the new ship fails to be at least average, I'll make it average. If it gets the max of 51, I'll cry over my parting with the ship as you collect it.

ONE guess per person. If it takes too long to guess then you might get one more.
