Aye... they are not easy for the average player so when I see threads that say they should be harder, I know I worked my tail off to achieve the rank and work my way through.
It seems easy for some but you have to remember, they have had a lot more months/years gathering resources and learning how to best apply what resources they have gathered in terms of voodoo and gold coin.

I think it was just the military ranks, with all the Defeat Enemies tasks. Once I got to Admiral, the ranks of Baron and Count were relatively easy for me. Now Marquess is going to be a little bit of a struggle as I have to acquire 50 Ranks against specific players.

The players I have to battle are either nowhere to be found in the Plunder Screens or have really good fleets.

a good tip if you ever need to do this again, is to use urban legends on an easy target or an inactive, to finish the mission super fast and easy.

Yeah I would do that but it goes against rules of ATC. Using voodoo to initiate an attack on a particular player who didn't attack you first is not allowed.

does that rule even apply to inactives? I'm sure if you talked to your guild about it, they would be fine with you targeting an inactive to complete a mission. but I have never been a part of ATC, so I could be wrong.

Well, the only thing I have left to do is the Defeat Enemies part for Marquess. Really don't want to restart the mission over just so I can target an inactive.

just keep my advice in mind if your ever going to do that mission again.

anyway getting back on topic, I think there should be an update on the deportation law, and deportation time of inactives should be reduced.

I've notated it. But I don't plan on changing nations or having to redo the nation missions again.

What's really the point? If said person is inactive, might as well wait the small extra time..

Trade routes stop running after 7 or 10 days of inactivity (can't recall which)? So a player who hasn't logged in after 14 days, and mind you it is just logging in, isn't likely to come back and play. I can understand people taking a vacation, but what reason is there to wait 30 days to deport a player who is inactive numerous days pass the trade route inactive period.
