[Implemented] Report Battle Button

I am suggesting that the Report Battle Button be added to the battle reports page, not just as part of the port battles page. This way if a player thought there was something suspicious about a battle, they wouldn't have to dig through the Port Battles page to find the specific battles. They could just sort through theirs.
