Can someone explain in detail what the fantasy draft is also when it happens and why thanks.

A forum competition where 5 volunteer player captains select teams of 10 active players one player at a time to form a team that the captain thinks will achieve the drafts stated purpose of the team, such as best overall team, best team for port control, best team for plundering, etc. Once teams are determined, the captains write up a short blurb about their team and the community votes on the teams. Winning team gets a special achievement, All others in the draft get an achievement. Monetary Prizes are divided up amongst the teams based on where they position in the vote.
