That would still me more legit than the travesty of justice here :)

EDIT: One actual question, do the sides want to agree if it it ok to use private conversations in this court forum tread for conversations related to THIS SITUATION ONLY at trial?

Double super blind EDIT:

I may have missed it. Has there been a decision on clock being a Judge and do we have the third?

"THE LAW COUNCIL STILLREQUIRES THE FOLLOWING:

1. The Accused, Sloop-Master Zephore, have legal representation - closed Proctor El Draque of Beetum, Quick & Hyde
2. Plaintiffs Legal Council - closed. AnneBonnySolicitor Services in association with Thomas Dreadlock of Cess, Pool and Sewer
3. 3 x Judges(^^) 1. CLOCKWORK (unconfirmed) . 2. MELIVA(confirmed). 3 ]STILL OPEN[/color]
4 The community jury..COMPLETE
5. max 2 witnesses both sides...(Other folk who have had similar dealings v folk who will support his rep).-STILL OPEN
6..Court date deferred to allow the accused to seek legal advice and gather his defense.
(The trial will begin 3 days after Mel's 1 v1 Challenge is completed)."

1. If there are no messages revealed in relation to the proposed sale of said LF and the LF only in question..how do you intend to prove? I mean...really? I consent to messages in relation to the proposed sale of the LF ONLY..(lol)

2. As far as I know, CW accepted the seat on the bench alongside Mel. There is still a seat open, Noffin. (Turtles vote too)

3. As you all know my senior Solicitor has a unique approach to most things. I did meet with her briefly in Vaasburg recently and she assures me, rum-soaked and up to ....(well...doing what ever it is she does)...as she be right now, all will be fine on the day.

4. We are not calling other witnesses as far as I know. Its not a hurt-zephs-rep-quest. It is merely a matter of a good old fashioned hanging...uh..fairness and whether shady dealings have in fact taken place.(which they have)
.Altho other witnesses or victims are most welcome who knows what my Solicitor may or may not have in store.

Is that all El Draque?

(I would also like to add I 100% believe any and all of William One Eye's suggestions be law, will be noted and acted upon immediately)

So a quick announcement, since I forgot that this sunday is valentines day, and not everyone is an old hag living happily alone and actually date, The trial is sadly gonna be pushed back to monday.

To make up for it for those who like me who have no dates, I'll probably make a pre trial post later today, where we can all come together to discuss fun things like what kind of rope is best to hang zeph with if he's found guilty, or what method is best for determining innocence-burning, floating, or cake!

I suggest Tobias or the advisor in this case.

I would suggest, the plaintiff be shown the ropes instead for making a mockery of the court :D

If we were to hang both the plaintiff and the accused on sunday,

I believe we can greatly improve the chances for a fair unbiased trial next week.
