I'm young (16) and suffer from both. Pushed my right shoulder 3 centimetres up, which explains that, but anything which helps, beside being a painkiller junkie and/or expensive massages?
You described characteristic symptoms of
scoliosis .

If a frequent use of painkillers doesn't help, then the solution is not to assume more painkillers. You're 16, your body tolerate them, but painkillers are not a cure for anything they just remove the pain, which is an alarm bell for something else.
Go find that something else.
Uhm... I am pretty skeptic about your doctor's commitment to his (their) work...
Thing is, doctors, say I'm perfectly healthy (Besides, a little overweight which is, my own fault and I am working on that lol)
How can they say, that you are perfectly healthy, when you already have spinal deformity??
I think you need to visit other doctor(s) to get second opinion and take a spine CT scan (and/or MRI) as soon as possible.
P.s. Sorry for being scaremonger, but better to react now than later, when the symptoms get worse...
