To confirm : I cant be arsed with being the subject of exclusionary clauses and rules and definitions regarding the selection process.

Then why complain or make mention of it. You brought up a point waited for a reply, then brought up another. You could have just started with, don't involve me in the draft, instead of drawing this out into some stupid battle of replies. There would have been no explanation needed as you aren't the only one to request no involvement in the draft.

You really should have just been direct and frank from the beginning and say you don't want a part of the draft. Would have saved some time and effort.

Excuse me, the rules as published excluded me. I merely alerted captains to that fact and thus hoped to avoid argument at that point.

The change to the rules does not remove that exclusion, it makes it subject to variation by a body referred to as 'community administration'.

I merely point out I have no wish to have my selection, if selected, adjudicated upon by such a body so 'leave me out of it.'.

My response is not to the draft, it is to rules published and the subsequent amendment.

Now, if that is being a 'passive-aggressive a**hole' then so be it. If the response of this 'community administration' leaps to personal insult so readily, I repeat, leave me out of it.

Where, in my post did I call you any insults? You have a REALLY bad habit of constantly trying to put words into my mouth. All I said was that if you don't want to be in the draft, you should just outright say as such.

Do you just read every single one of my posts, and just imagine, I'm insulting you in your head or something? Don't get me wrong, I don't really like you, mostly because you keep trying to put words into my mouth, but I'm not going to insult you in the forums over it. In regards to my slack comment then? Where, once more, I did not call you an arsehole? I admit in Slack I said I'm not a fan of how you behave, and I view a lot of your actions as seeming to be passive aggressive And childish. But nowhere did I call you an arsehole. That's you putting words into my mouth-which is a big reason of why I view you as passive-aggressive and childish. You have a really bad habit of constantly saying I said "X" when I never did.

You leap to conclusions : I did not say that YOU said it... I said that this 'community administration' leapt to personal insult. There are more than one of you involved in it.

The two insults have been used regarding me. If that is your personal opinion, or joint opinion.. well everyone has got one. I did not use any personal insults nor even complained at the rules excluding certain player-styles. I just pointed out that they applied to me. The clarification still does not remove the fact the rules as stated apply to me. It added a clause in which some body could vary them. Still leaves me, under the rules, described as 'toxic'.

So, no thanks.

I can discern why he cultivated this deliberation since the new guidelines are setting a unique precedent and are divergent from any that came antecedent.

I am jubilant that Dez, Mel and Daniks can reach an understanding and are cognizant on Daniks' inclination to not be embroiled in the draft.

Considering what my title is, that seemed like a comment to me. See, it really helps when one is direct and openly frank, so as to avoid confusion. Even now, you don't give any names, or any details. Which ends up forcing those who read your statements to try to infer and guess as to what you're implying. Also with text, it's very hard to tell what someone's tone is.

My current conclusion, is that you are referring to Dez, and his posts. I could be wrong. Maybe you mean CJ. Or some other third party. Hard to tell when you don't outright say what you mean and are constantly vague.
