Yea, just because I say plunder PK on sight doesn't mean that I wanted take over PK or cared about pandah being the leader over me. Seniority. Although at the time I hated the term, and I tried to get pandah to give me control afterwards, it is when he started messing with all my works as Keeper of the Code that I got pissed. Mohammed, you should really look at your history because you weren't the most observant or active then to realize what actually went on. Plus, as Keeper of the Code, I did everything the guild did anyway, the only person I had to check to was Hellfire.

sorry to say..but i never thought we're in war with FOX its called retaliation..and i've remember well when roi left pk he tried to convinced some of pk members to joined him including me..when we refused he became hostile towards us and keep attacking whenever he saw pk's on plunder board.but doesn't matter it's an old stories so no one really cared .now this so called pastrychef make a mess in his kitchen but the ones whose doing the cleanup is his underlings..i really feel sorry for them because of you they hold a burdens

That's true. But as Mohammed can tell you, I was hostile to all of PK, so it's not the fact you didn't join, it's the fact you were in PK, my enemy guild at the time.

Arguing won't solve anything, is this the new Fox vs TMN war? Cause that didn't go so well. It's simple make an agreement that benifits both sides before this war breaks out and continues, yes that simple. I may not be in Fox or PK but war doesn't benefits anyone, and everyone knows that.

Make an agreement, this is only my second time saying it, and go back to being peaceful people.

I think that is the biggest confusion here. 10% of this is my chance to get back at old grudges, the other 90% is protecting Fox, from the attacks that PK has initiated on us.

I doubt PK has a no hit list as their current guild leader orchestrated attacks on IMO newbs during that war.
The no hit list is now below. This is the same no hit list I sent to Skyhawk, and that is shared with my guild.

With the stating of that no hit list, I think we should all come to an agreement that as a Rule of War, newbs are not to be attacked. The definition of a newb can be debated later.
Some of the people on this list are not newbs, and are recognized as non-combatants.

After Fox plundered a Pk member for the first time, I contacted you and asked about your reasons as well as giving you a warning. I even asked if it was about the danger board attacks and you said that the attack was simply a Fox raid and not in retaliation, and also that we may expect more in the future

Nice how you play me by making it just 'honest piracy' rather then political, and for justification afterwards you tell everyone that you had a reason. At least when I Pirate I am straight up about it, you gave Pk no choice but to retaliate and I will not let you try to make it seem in defense when you told me differently when I directly asked you

If you want rules of engagement for this "war" then you should contact Pk leaders so we can agree on something. You actually should have done that when you first attacked, but since you self-declared war and didn't contact us, what did you expect?

Also I will restate that Pk has only retaliated against the attackers as per our Piracy Policy

Sky, as I said before, attacking a persons character in game forums is a PK thing of propaganda, which you guys use very well now. It has come back to bite me as I invented everything that would be associated with a CIA of Pirates Glory. Yet, I haven't seemed to use this tactic since its invention against Horatio except when used against me. Don't forget the first message of this forum.
