Make Midway Great Again!

Today I claim Goroum for Midway.

Some may call this a hostile takeover, however I did this without casting and lowering any influence from USA

I want there to be a new/old flag on the map.

Going forward I will assume any conspiracy to be from USA in an attempt to regain the port. I caution against this. For every 2 million I lose I will lower USA 1 million. I don't want to do that as we all worked hard for that influence.

Midway intends to stay on the map.

Hmm. Well, I understand why he choose the USA. I would probably pick the USA, as most of its players are merchants with little to no experience in warring/fighting for a port, with the hope that they won't fight back. As well, they would still have another port, so they aren't being eliminated from the map. It's a pretty low and dirty move.

Diversifying would be stealing a port from a nation like Spain or St.Kiss-Nevis. You didn't pick those, because they would snatch the port back with ease.

I would also heed my earlier warning. My influence has dropped 44 million. USA has also dropped as a result. I don't wish for further loses.

The US can have it back whenever the Flagship is released and Shadow turns Pirate again.
