a lot of low bounties will make the total worthwhile.
one player may not have the resources to put up the real value, but it may trigger others to support the drive by adding a similar bounty.

yet, showing the auction value of a voodoo card as reference is a good idea. A minimum starting price for a bounty (say 33% of value) as well
