People don't carryout a full-on assault for violating an NAP. Nation leaders begin to discuss a solution to the problem before a battle occurs. Your reasoning seems illogical to me. "Let the nation place the bounty- that way, nobody will be singled out!" Oh, you mean so the whole nation can be a target instead of a few individuals. Still -1 from me.

Nation bounties: Good idea, should have same restrictions as payouts.
Hidden bounty size: Definitely NOT a good idea. Defeats the whole purpose of a bounty.

But in my opinion to any Nations that set a bounty is asking for trouble.

It's just a general example. As well, having a single bounty placed against you isn't a full scale assault. I can place a single payout bounty against a player.

If a nation council decides to place a bounty against player x, a single player would have to place the bounty currently. What prevents the remaining council from turning their back and saying it was a personal vendetta. There is no log. A forced vote to do so would make it a nation decision to issue the bounty not just the a single player.

Or you could not have the ability for a nation to force votes to place a bounty and avoid the mess altogether...

think a nation bounty sounds like a very good idea.

It is controversial and both sides has some points.

Why i like it is because it can actually enforce power to reclaim unpaid taxes.

It is a good idea but what needs discussing is the limits on it.
