This is a tough call. Surely what Danik and LT did in USA was quite remarkable, but I still think my vote goes to Juicy. Surely, not everything he has tried has been entirely successful, but in Juicy's case, that's not really important, because of the sheer number of schemes he's trying to pull off. Even if only one third of them should succeed, he's got so much going that I still have to give my vote to him.

I'd vote for Juicy too. Raids every few days, getting FoX active again, plundering MoWs, SOTLs, and LFs more frequently than most. Lots of schemes, lots of fun for almost everyone.
