The History of Non-Aggression Pact
The Non-Aggression Pact has been around in Avonmora for years now. However, The Avonmora Outlook was more interested in who was/were the player(s) that suggested the pact or even the first nation to have a pact.
There are many nations in Avonmora that have Non-Aggressions Pact with other nations including some of the so call "The World Powers of Avonmora". But which citizen of Avonmora was the first to mention the pact and which country was the first to have it. Well though we know not for sure who was the first person/nation to have one,there is some shocking information brought to our headquarters today.
A member of the United States Navy was lazily searching for Captain Da Vinci treasure outside of Tzogos on the exotic island known as "El Diablos". When he struck a iron chest,quickly knocking off the so call 43 locks on it,it was opened and loh and behold there it was a letter. The crew on the search were disappointed at the outcome and took no interest in the letter. Hours later the captain decided to read the letter which he found was a reference to the first "Non-Aggression Pact":
The Letter:
I,Jacques Carlos, the governor of Canada has declared that no Canadian citizen is to attack any member of the current owners of Akrotiri. This pact is active as of today,I hope the citizens of Canada are happy with the current Non-Aggression Pact.
That was the message found in the bottle in the chest.
So,without any delay as soon as The Avonmora Outlook got this message we decided to do our own research. We found the man who is now known as the first person to mention the Non-Aggression:

Look closely at the players description.
That is the earliest known mention of a Pact. With that said we have the great nation of Canada to thank for being the first nation with a pact as we know it.

Here are the facts:
1. Canada is the first nation to have a pact that was recorded in Avonmoras history.
2. borttock was the first citizen to have mention the Pact.
3. Only thirty six(36) nations have pacts in Avonmora.
4. The letter is dated to anytime between the beginning of the civil war and the end of it.(More details on the Civil War in the next episode)
5. The Non-Aggression Pact is one of the oldest pacts in Avonmora.
6. The pact is mutual and is common to traders,pirates,privateers,nobles,bankers,goldsmiths and treasure hunters etc.
7. The pact is long associated between guilds and nations.
8. The true founder is unknown but many speculations have surfaced.
