Confirm that acres are being listed as expired even tho' QM is properly tasked to renew.

I don't seem to have lost those acres from my total but as there is naff all production it all seems a bit... irritating.

I foresee an issue when it is resolved as everyone with expired acres bids for them at the same time and so maxes out their bids to give a massive hike in rents too.

Right after migration I had 7000 extra acres in Pasarl and owed an extra 80M. There were bids that I did not make that I could not cancel and kept gaining acres. CJ was able to adjust everything. I think if you do not cancel and leave everything as is maybe that would work out. Maybe set your QM high so you don’t lose to an opportunist?

First I am going to say that this is not a dig on CJ, simply a list of issues for information purposes. I have been through server migrations that had major issues in real life.

1. Plantations have shut down . seem like for everyone. Look at Plantation ranking/ Todays Production. I think all plantation issues are a matter of a very few issues.

2.Reset occurred 5 hours later than usual. This could actually be some of the issues with plantations also. If the times in the SR are not synced properly, internal calcs would be thrown off completely......... Just a thought ....

3.SSL cert issues still exist.

Lola : that is an issue in itself. There will be a mighty free for all to recover acres that are continuing to expire the longer this goes on. Rents will go sky high as we try to recover them ALL at the same time.

Currently, acres fall due for renewal scattered across the 21 day period. So, often, we are not actually competing for those tranches of acres, unless a new bid comes in from some-one new or expanding on that day.

If we all renew lost acres on the same day once it is resolved, then we will have the same issue 21 days later as we all try to renew again at the same time. Rinse and repeat until it, hopefully, settles back down and bids even out over time.

But that is still going to be a potentially massive hike in rents until it is settled.

Meanwhile we are bearing all the costs and gaining.no incomes from our plantations.

Plantations never started after migration. Actually, they run just once when I tested them. But.. silly me I made a mistake. They actually never started.

I have now run them again. Hopefully they will work now with no further issues.

Sorry Daniks I was out doing a run to get Dman his adult diapers and medicine for the crabs he got from Wally. How is everything going? Looks like CJ came back just in time to rescue you from total chaos and destruction.

I can verify that all seem fine and running.

As to what happened, there were 3 services that were not running, like I said above.
To be sincere,I have an automatic system in place that sends me emails whenever an error is detected.
It appears that I forgot to activate the email settings for the system. So, I was getting 0 emails and I thought all were running fine!
This is why it took so long to fix this otherwise simple issue.

I have now activated the system and hopefully any further issues -if any- will be reported and fixed in a more timely manner.

The plantation issue would have been a great segue for implementing guard shacks. Workers become lazy overtime and need to be "nudged" back to work.
