I think I have a work around for this situation. I suggest we remove Feniks from the draft and replace him with my 'fart that skirmished the poo'. That way, a pick with a stinky attitude is replaced by a pick with a stinky attitude.

I had a similar suggestion in Slack but this is funnier

Hello,
Being the captain of the team affected by this controversy I am somewhat torn.
I want to allow Feniks to withdraw but it would effect the strength of my team in a manner I am not satisfied with.
When the draft was stopped, it was stopped so that information could be confirmed.
If the other captains had held their disqualified picks until the end of the draft and then had them removed so they could re-pick I would agree it was the method used by all and would not feel I had been treated any differently than the other captains.
But that isn't the case.
So I feel in some way my decision to keep Feniks may make me look bad and I will risk that and hope my view of when it would have been fair to make another selection has long passed.

Feniks, if it will ruin your game to be on my team as much or more than it will ruin mine to lose you, let me know and we will work it out.
Right now though, I have a clock to punch and can't discuss it further.

I am curious : was due diligence performed on all picks to ensure the 'inactives' (however defined) were weeded out?
