On another note:

Sloop (#1) is a Level 10 Sloop and is SOMEHOW not owned by a player.
When I try to commandeer ship #1 I get a message "There is no such ship floating on the Avonomora ocean!"

Captain Jack, I think you're pulling some sort of shenanigans here! Where did you hide sloop #1??

I'd assume the first ships are test ships owned at first by admins but is a ghost ship now.
