A famous US Admiral said to young navy cadets at their promotionceremony to navy officers in a US Navy accademy: " You have only two chances in a navybattle: The first is that you win the battle against the enemy and sail away victorious. The second chance is, that you are defeated by the enemy and sank to the bottom of the sea.
