how do i add mor than 1 ship per fleet

Go to your fleets list or HQ, click on the fleet name. It will then bring you up to your fleet screen, click on the drop menu titled *Unassigned ships in ---" and if you have ships in that port that aren't in a fleet, you can then add them.
