1) have you ever heard of amphibians? they are both land and water dwelling animals. a frog comes from a tadpole which starts as a fish and grows legs. i dont even have to show you remains, they are living and breathing on this earth.

2) nowhere did i say we must've evolved from organisms with similar traits. i said that scientists that have traced back the evolution of man through millions of years to apes, more specifically chimpanzees. there are other animals with similar characteristics to humans that we didnt evolve from.

if you believe that god placed every species on this earth and there wasn't much evolution after that, i won't argue with you. i simply ask that you are respectful of others that have different views.

Evolving was something random, the environment the species live in is what determine what gets to stay and what doesn't and because of this, better evolution get to become better, and bad ones, get wiped out.

homo sapiens did not evolve from homo erectus. they were co-existing for a time and very different from each other

Evolution is natural selection happening on a few generations.

When it happens and a mutation was able to live on for a few generations, they are counted as a evolution.

evolution takes MUCH longer than a few generations mate

What I mean is that after the mutation and a few generation of a species is different from before it mutated. That would be a evolution to that species.

So is the development of human from egg and sperm to birth evolution? No it's not. The development of a frog just happens to take place outside of it's parent and can be observed easily. It isn't evolution.

I respect your opinion but completely disagree with it. We didn't evolve from apes, and yes the study of evolution involves the tracking of species through similar traits. How do you think they define species and genus? What do you think evolutionary scientists base their assertions on? But just because we have common traits doesn't mean we evolved from a common ancestor.

They take DNA from humans, and compare it with apes.

Mutations happens when your just a embryo, because the you cell is still single, when your a big you, there is too many cells to mutate, but its possible.
