I am not disputing what any pirate made back then... Only pointing out that if today's Tech's were in place back then, you would have made a lot more.

Piracy Tech is a huge boost. And now that "Scraps" are awarded too, this is a nice pay day for a pirate/privateer going after those large ships. Do you dispute this fact?

Back in the days piracy may have been highly profitable but alas there may have been some "circumstances" leading to players only utilize low value ships in their fleets
