Is there a small influence bonus for having a daughter on max mood and 100%? If there isn't could we maybe put one in like 100 to 500 influence gain?

There is not a function for adding influence from the daughter. With her already giving voodoo cards to you and keeping upkeep with her, she should not give influence in my opinion. -1
