Ok i am not much of an ENGLISH persons so:

Over the pasty few weeks or days I have realized that many banks have leveled up.That is good however,looking on a page i realize 1 bank hadn't move which is bad for business.Then this idea came to my mind.

There are 18 banks in Avonmora:
1 Morgan and Bartholomew Trust Co.
2 Bank of Captain Dungeness
3 Rothschild and Sons Ltd.
4 The Iron Bank of Iberia
5 The First Bank of Avonmora
6 Lodanian savings and loans bank
7 CommonWealth of Avonmora
8 Spanish bank of Santander
9 RedBard Bank Co.
10 First Bermuda Savings and Loan
11 ZomB Treasury
12 Boots Booty Hunters LLC
13 The International Bank of Cuba
14 The Rock
15 Robb Cheatham and Steele
16 Privateers Bank of Avonmora
17 The Final Curtain...
18 Juicy Juicy Juicy

So lets just say all banks except for Commonwealth Bank is at lvl10.Commonwealth is at lvl 7.
Feeling a little left out for sure why not put his bank at lvl9.

All am saying is if only 1 bank is at lvl1 and the other further away put him a lvl behind them and he/she will not be able to upgrade for the next 6 days.

Bank Levels are determined by players putting forth the resources to level them up. The game cannot restrict others from leveling up just so their is an even keel with banks.
