Auction "suggest" button

Postby Bigtea47 » Thu May 26, 2016 9:28 pm

I feel that we need a button in the section of placing voodoo cards on auction.

It would say "suggested price"
Lets say we enter 40 cards that are on average worth .11 credits.
When we press the button it will auto fill the sale price at 4 credits (4.4 rounded down), there we can decide if we want to lower or raise the price.

Also there could be 4 buttons one next to the number of cards. 100%,50%,33%,10%
Which will automatically fill in the number from the cards you have. (it will also add cards for each click, so if you press 10% 2x it will have a number 20% of your total cards in)

Example of both suggestions:
You have 100 cards and you want to only sell 10
You press 10%, it will fill in 10 cards
you press Suggested price, it will fill in the price, lets say its 4 credits.
Place cards on auction.

You just turned a potential 20 seconds some cards might take to fill i,n into 2 seconds.
I feel this is something that anyone who sells cards regularly can benefit from.

I don't see any point in this it's a few clicks to do this nothing major or time spending and I always wonder why you want to automate everything I have nothing aggainst you and you have some decent suggestions but these automatic parts are stupid in my humble opinion

i would agree with wolfie that the automated functions are bad. but as always, keep suggesting things as many have already been approved!

Well i have posted voodoo on auction today. Took me 2 hours to separate, calculate and post everything.
I know that not everybody will be posting 3k cards on auction in a day, but i felt that i could be useful to other people to have it a bit simplified.

Note that with "credit cents" and a "stock market" for voodoo cards, your problem would be solved in a simple and elegant way, bigtea.

Sure, but with a "stock market" you can see what max price someone is buying for, and what min price someone is selling for. Makes it easier to set the "currect" value, don't you think?

Yes. But that's something that is much harder to implement that a simple autofill button :)
There is only a limited time that can be spend adding things :)
