Sir..it was the good Ctiz who called for this trial. I merely asked if Zephore had committed a crime in his actions.
The call for death by hanging was not mine to make...not was it my suggestion.

I want for Zephore to own the fact he was indeed bragging about the 60ptr and dangling it in front of me to show the true braggart he is...If he had no intention of selling said LF... why..why even show me? And then deny me?
I want him to apologise for toying with me to satisfy his own warped ego.
That is all. (The 60ptr would go a great way to restoring his "good' name.. if the court sees fit)

Yes Councellor. This part of the conversation came after he showed me and I said 'Deal done. How much?" He then replied what he bought it for...Why did he not admit at this point he was merely bragging and had no intention to sell then? Why did the conversation even continue?
There were no definitive words to indicate the sale was not going to happen.. It was only as negotiations were already underway that he waffled and waned....

Since the plaintiff seeks a claim to the ship, I would ask you Argo, can you tell the court which one it is?

Councellor! You cant fool me..those illustrations show the same ship over and over. It is also the same illustration for a frigate. Without the traits showing, I cannot identify the LF in question. I can produce that if you dont have it.

I assure you madam, that if we look at any plunder page you will see those ships with different names indicating different ships. So no you cant, i will move on

Well obviously Councellor..if we had discussed sale of said goods..then it would be expected that one would be as good as their word instead of pussyfooting around and playing games...
We can see my testimony so far, that Zephore was in fact interested in the sale. We know this bc he admits to approaching (XX) about his intention. The words that (XX) was upset "I was intending to sell it".
