Did you agree to sell any of the ships?

I agreed to sell the 34 pointer large frigate - for the low price of 10 credits.
The other large frigate, I never promised to sell no.

Can you describe that transaction for the ship you sold?

You see, I never got to sell it.

The counteroffer from Argo was 275 credits for the 60 pointer and 175 credits for the 34 pointer.
Since I rejected, I was told that, rejecting such a generous offer, would mean there wouldn't be any dealings in the future - therefore, I still hold both ships.

so the plaintiff didnt pay you for any of the other ships not agreed to?

No ship was paid for, no deal was struck since I rejected.
Even returned to my previous offer of 10 credits.
