Tell her I'll head to Vaasburg after I check out the bandits to make sure they don't got what I am looking for. Might find them on the way there honestly. Only undead fellow here is Shade, though Black does have a weird hand. Regardless I'll be on my own ship not either of theirs, so I should be fine. Still, I reckon won't hurt to do a few precautions just in case.

Parrot flies over to Goose and Horse who keep staring straight ahead...as if in some trance.
He waves a claw in front of their eyes but still there is nothing. ' and I'm the drunky-weirdo?' In the blink of an eye he is gone in a puff of smoke.

The mechanism in his left eye socket whirred, and then he turned towards Black. Well, Mr. Black? Are you getting on?

Emily goes to Shade and quietly says

Let's just assume he's going to catch up later, a lotta folks seem to be spacing out lately.

She turns to Black

You can borrow my ship if you intend to catch up if you need a new vessel, I'll just ride with Shade here.

Onto Vaasburg then. He helped Emily aboard the Wreckoner, And then followed himself, barking orders at the crew.

Parrot sits exhausted alone and confused on the barnacle encrusted bollard on the south side of the dock.
He isn't sure what's real anymore. He stares vacantly out to sea. Behind him a wind blows throughout the seemingly empty Port of Vaasburg.

It is silent except for the occasional gust of wind. The seas slapping at the dock in steady rythym.
He looks over his shoulder. Everyone is gone. The place is empty.
He flew everywhere looking in vain for one living soul. He fears he is the only living creature left in Vaasburg.

Suddenly, a huge swirling fog looms on the horizon. It takes a moment for him to focus.
He watches it intently, his heart beating out of his chest.

He stares as an emerging rusted frigate appears surrounded in a putrid smelling mist.
Parrot says "Oh dear" [i]as he looks to the heavens as he sniffs the air.
His eyes show sadness, resignation and fear.
He tucks his head under his wing and shivers as an icy wind blows through his ruffled feathers.
The silence is over-whelming.[/i]

The moldering wreck pulled up alongside, dropping anchor, and a gangplank was lowered. Emily! We have arrived!

Emily nods and hops onto the docks, her dog right behind her, and she quickly looks around rather surprised

Huh. Port looks empty. Not a good sign. My sister should be here also. Why isn't she waiting at the docks?

She walks forward and looks around when a nearby box opens up on the docks, and a woman nearly identical to her walks out, and gives a very big smile-with very sharp and red stained teeth. The new woman laughs and pats Emily on the back and shouts
