A fleet of ships sails into the harbor, Jack's 40 ships are there but there is also 10 more extra warships, sailing under different colors than jack, there are also another 20 or so other ships, filled with people. Some rich, some poor, some sailors, some not. The ship sails into the deep water harbor and anchor. Hundreds of people spill onto the docks, many look to be cutthroats or sailors at first. Next, some people who appear to be mostly women and children. And then finally jack and his large body of men come ashore, a pretty young woman of about Jack's age stands next to him in his right, whilst three clergy of different types stand on his left looking around at the place. A table is put down and the woman excuses hers and goes to the docks, presumably to help coordinate the ships unload. On the table a set of parchment is set down, these are the laws for the people. They include different laws and statues such as "All men are equal" and things like that, there are also guidelines for clergy such as "No priest or other clergy is to be seen within a brothel or gambling den." The code of laws is lengthy but it's in plain English and and it's easy to understand. Men start laying groundwork in buildings and construction begins. A young man wearing the clothes of rich captain walks up to jack and asks him a question, jack answers quickly, the man nods and begins to look at the code of laws. One of the clergy looks at the church, he appears to be a catholic.

Who's church is that?

Emily comes to the docks along with Carl, Oggie and surprisingly Brian-who is currently dressed in pastor robes. They come up to Jack and Brian speaks first.

Well the church up there is run by me. After Ellen died, I figured I couldn't just let her order die, so I became a pastor. Not exactly a position I thought id ever take part in, but after all Ellen did for me, its the least I could do for her. But I am more then willing to share the church with the other clergy you brought with you. Ellen's order promoted unity in the faith, so any who worship the lord can enter and use it-catholic, protestant or any other group.

Emily takes a look at the laws being made and nods.

Good to know your planning some order ahead of time. But just a heads up, be sure to put in there NOT to enter me cave without my permission. Some things I work on in there can be dangerous, and if an unexpected guest shows up, some of my defenses might come on and I can't be held responsible if they die. I already set up tons of signs and a few gates warning not to enter, but id like it if you told them ahead of time as well. And if you need any help with building more buildings, you can borrow the golems I have up here. They already built a good number of them. Comes in handy having big old golems to carry heavy loads and such.

A damaged Large Frigate sails into harbour. The crew is exchausted and wounded. At the wheel, a rather large man is steering the ship. A rather unknown captain called Agnar

What a nice establishment.

Jack nods

I put in there that no one is to enter that place, everybody knows.

Innthe harbor, an old ship of the line is being dismantled, its cannons carried ashore. Where a fort is being built, the sheer number of people working on the buildings means that they will probably be built in around a week, with the fort taking three weeks because of its massive size and firepower. Some extra old cargo ships are being stripped down into buildings, their sails used as tents for the common citizen. Jack walks over to survey by everything.

Everything ship that isn't stripped down will be sailing around the island protecting it's coastline, everman who isn't working is sailing a ship, or captaining one. Everyone is working. Where's the largest building you've constructed here?

a group of armed men walk forward to the large frigate.

Who're you and what're you doing here?

Emily points to the church and orphanage. Though she does move over to the ship that came in.

The church and orphanage I had built are the 2 biggest, roughly the same size, though the church is taller, while the orphanage is wider. Again, feel free to use the golems for help. They can carry a lot of weight, and should be able to help finish the fort faster. But for our new guests, no reason to be hostile, I did send word out that a settlement was being built here, so perhaps they wish to move in, or trade goods. If they are here to cause trouble, they certainly won't accomplish much with such a damaged ship and crew. Ill go and get some potions and medicine from my cave. Be back in a bit.

Emily heads toward the hill to go back into her cavern.

Agnar throw a look on the armed men

Me? Oh, just a sailor from the north, who got caught in a storm. My name however, is Agnar.
Agnar puts a friendly smile on his face. The
Big carronades which should've been in the gun ports are visible between broken parts of the hull

Jack runs over to Emily

How public was this? Who did you tell?

Jack looks extremely worried

If the knowledge of the existence of this city falls into the wrong hands....

Emily smiles and says calmly.

I told a few people who Ellen and I knew well and trusted. Some of the ones who ran the Panselo orphanages she set up, a few clergy men who were good friends with her, and a few old friends of the nuns who ran the place. I didn't go and just blab about it to anyone. And this city will be found sooner or later, no matter what. But if necessary I can use a bit of magic to hide us in a worst case scenario. For now though, I need to go and get some medicine and potions to help these men. Ellen would kill me if I didn't. Bless her soul.

Emily departs quickly to her cavern and orders her golems to start gathering resources to help repair the frigate. After a while she comes back with plenty of potions and medicine. She starts patching up wounded and tired. Though there is always at least a couple golems standing near her on guard.
