Voodoo Suggestion - Fountain of Youth

Newer to PG, so don't know if this has been suggested before (I couldn't find anything while searching)

Rare Voodoo Card
Fountain of Youth
Target player receives his/her turns replenished up to but not exceeding 200 turns

or

Target player regenerates turns at a rate of 1 per every 5 mins for 24 hours
(maybe throw in that this is stackable once for a rate of 1 per every 2.5 mins for 24 hours? To OP?)

I know this is essentially turning "Exchange credits for turns" into a voodoo card, but I think it would be nice to randomly get one of these cards.
Let me know your thoughts

Yes, this is too op. There is a reason why death poker has a 50% to fail rate.

This is what i think, turn it into a turn investment thing, lets say, 2 turn per 10 mins for 6 hours, but takes 60 turn to cast, take it as it takes time to find the fountain, at the end of it you will get 72 turns which is 12 turns extra.
