I have been trying to run some figures on a few different trade routes but I have to bounce all over the place to see what different bonuses to expect when selling. Is there a central page that will list over all the bonuses a player can earn and what they need for it to happen. IE Rank, selling in your nations port ect ect

There is only one bonus (apart from voodoo) and it is on Duke title when selling on a port of YOUR country.
*+10% profit on market sales (All resources except Gold Bars)
*+2.5% profit on market sales (Gold Bars).

Gold Bars price is affected by current stock at port.

Now, regarding voodoo, there are:
-Ship Type Bonuses (English/Spanish/Dutch Indian Company) where bonus is given when the enchantment is active and goods are sold from the described ship type (different for each enchantment) (+2% per enchantment active for resources sold or +0.5% for Gold Bars).
-General Sales Bonus (+1 per crate) with East India Company
-General Purchase Discount (-1 per crate) with West India Company

Finally, market prices on regular resources change every 3 days. The producer port with the largest stock gets the lowest price for its production, then the others get +1 per port from the cheapest one.

Regarding on purchasing prices, these are adjusted again by the stocks of each market. This time however, you cannot see the stocks but they are recorded in real time. The ports that got the lower stocks in these 3 days, get the best price. These stocks are zeroed at the end of the procedure and start counting afresh for the new period.
