Don't know how I feel really.

Would this affect the fleets arrival on Port Gossip or Port Battles? Would there be any indication that they have a fleet under this effect?

No, the fleet would not appear under gossip or port battles, but it could still be lit up or cast upon if someone already had the #.

I forgot to mention, the curse is broken if the danger of that fleet rises above 2.

Well, with that information, -1 in my opinion. Taking a fleet off of the Port Gossip + Port Battles page is a bit too extreme of a magic act for me.

If it couldn't be seen by Spy Networks or Trade Masters- sure, for the sake of entertaining the idea, why not?

If it couldn't be seen by analyzing game information like Port Gossip that is uniform for everyone, then that's a bit much.

I guess if you think it would be better if it still appeared in port gossip, then maybe that's the way it should be. I had kinda thought the idea of it would be to make your fleet invisible, and if your going to spend a lot of turns on it, you should get a worthwhile effect.

You can get around the spy networks and trade master information by stalking a player with skirmishes.

Just makes it easier to find key fleets to steal.

All information is already out there. Just up to players as to how they wanna obtain it :)
