Aye, can be disappointing when you throw a war but nobody comes...

Even more so when your enemy refuses to stand still while you aim at them : unfair but then such happens.

Kind of hard to do damage to someone that has a few cutters and very little in influince.

The question I have is, did they reduce their fleets before or after you posted this declaration?

When we first cast on Wolfie just after the outbreak but before the declaration he had a sotl and still before the declaration but a bit closer too it he has sold that off or put it in the marina. There were still only a few fleets of cutters other than those at the same time.
