Diary of an apprentice.

I was taken by the old sea hag as an apprentice, and for our first lesson, she took me to a fight she was having with a friend called Lolita. Both sides prepped for some time and agreed to fight for 2 days. At the top of the hour, I saw the old sea hag do something strange. She sounded Drums of War on her opponents Ships. At first I thought her mad, but it became clear what this was meant for-to bait her opponent into wasting their precious counter curses on beneficial voodoo. Once all counters were cleared she unleashed Serenities, it took 11 before the Mindbar was broken. But now free of defenses the old sea hag sent out 5 Thieving magpies, and stole 5 voodoo. Then she sat down and waited for a response or til the next hour to begin phase 2.

Edit- And the old seahag tagged her with a confuse after her opponent sent out several bless's after exchanging some words, she then unleashed a swarm of worms and expesnive tools onto Lolita. To weaken her ships and make reapairs all the more costly. Truly this old sea hag is wicked.

Cleared the confuse sent from Mel..probably shouldn’t have dropped coin in Seaglory..she replaced it lol

The old Seahag cast FoJ, thinking Lolita wouldn't be able to break out of the confuse, but alas, she did, and removed the confuse and 2 of the FoJ to avoid getting lit up. But she is losing more and more clearing voodoo. Soon she will be unable to clear herself. The seahag also hit her with a blacklist, an insight to see what she has on, and Lolita responded with several hostile waters and a confuse-all were blocked by MB. With a fresh confuse on her, the old seahag plans to hit her with more FoJ. Hoping to see her fleets lit up next hour!

Edit- Mel also stole a few more voodoo with some more magpies but got mostly trash.

And the first battles have begun. With her fleets going up this hour, and several attacks being launched by the old sea Hag.

well at least I still have ships today. Not sure how long that will last. I seem to be completely off kilter today.

I think you're doing great considering how little prep time you had. I doubt you'll lose any ships, unless I use a bunch of booty masters or something, which honestly wouldn't be worth the cost .

Was very smart of you to downsize. Makes it much harder for me to score a bunch of easy gold.

Well when this is over, Gonna get into shipbuilding after this for a bit I think. So feel free to hire me to rebuild the ships you sold off/if I manage to steal any-so long as Pro doesn't gobble up all the ships first that is

In other news, I'll probably spend tonight hitting your fleets as they pop up. I plan to try to keep you lit all weekend long .
