not the point : the point is that it was a free 10 mil , every day ... no voodoo required, no searching, no work save hitting unarmed fleets : but it still wasnt enough : so, they got their wish, and the loop-hole got closed : and lo, they lost the free 10 mil too. They got the free 10 mil cos it was still profitable for CD to run the fleets and take the plunder losses : once it wasnt, he didnt run it.
