Running History of Port Control

I will post a new screen shot of the world map at the beginning of each month for a historical record. So others may look back and see the rise and fall of nations.

(I remember an old screen shot that Nelson posted awhile back that cuts off the right frame.. You can still see the flags, but you cant see the whole map. I will see if I can fix this soon.)

i will suggest using clipture so that you can take the exact size you want to and use that

It was little before my comming but according to my notes which I gathered out of curiosity I believe they were under the spain but it could be different
