Just logged in a few minutes ago. Wanted to check on the bank that I was upgrading to level 5 to see if it was finished. Apparently I was upgrading shipwright tech and had a level 20 bank? Refreshed and I guess it reset. I should have taken a screenshot though sorry.

This has happened before. I've found myself with both Goldsmith and Banks maxed and once I refreshed, back to normal.

It's some goofy sync error where your connection to the server needs to be refreshed. IIRC, the last time I saw this was when the Server Certificates had to be renewed/refreshed.

Certificate was out after last updates for several hours.

I tried to purchase tools from Cutpurse in Pania. 135,000. Got a notification that I did not have enough cash on hand. Um I sure did lol. Was able to purchase the same amount from the next person.

Scraps said he experienced the same issue.

yeah this only happens when i try to buy goods from Cutpurse, it works with others not with him, i tried in 2 different ports.
