Referral 100k bug

I have a screenshot of a player who joined under my referral link and he has recently hit 100k fame. However it has not sent the bonus.
Does this happen on reset or not at 100k or something?

Nothing has happened regardless. Me and the player had a full conversation after the fact

Does he appear in your list? If hes a suspected multi-account it won't reward you
