My plantation in Prote is reporting active deals incorrectly.
The total acres owned is 9399 which sounds about right
The active deals total approx 4800
All other plants are correctly aligning

Are you using fertile lands?

To some extent, they are included in the 4800

This is a global issue. It may affect more than one players. It is also very recent but nothing major. We are working on a fix now.

The issue has been fixed.
About 11 plantations and 8 owners were affected by this issue. You all got a new "Fertile Lands" bid that plays the role of the lost acres.
Due to the nature of the system, you were not actually affected in any way from the bug. The only actual affects were two:
-Plantations affected, got 21 fresh new days at their lost "bids" (which are now restored).
-Ports that had these plantations, got some extra space as the bids that were lost were all non-Fertile ones bids while the fix ones are characterized as Fertile Lands. However, ports have not lost any tax income. In fact, they got a bit more.
So, any affects this bug had, were beneficial. Still, although the bug was global, it affected only like 10k acres, which means that the beneficial affects are not that great to consider any reversal.
Thank you for reporting

CJ this was not fixed correctly.
I am missing approx 4500 acres.
I have an outstanding bid for approx that many acres in Prote, it is impossible for me me to make that bid, those are my lost acres.

If you have bids for them, then your acres most probably expired and the Quartermaster has placed new bids.
When a rental contract expires, one hour before its expiration, the Quartermaster places a bid based on your maximum bid settings for the amount of bids expiring. So, this is probably not connected with the original issue you encountered.
However, we can check it further. Simply copy the whole page, as it appears at your screen and send it to #1 via a personal message so I can have a look.

Hi CJ, I sent the image a couple of days ago.
Appreciate it might be tricky to resolve, just want to make sure you got it.
Cheers

I checked it now. This is unrelated with the issue you encountered and we fixed.
If you check your active deals, the Fertile Lands are still active, which are the fix. The total number of acres you have is right, so there is no bug.
Now, let me explain how it works so you can understand what happened.
When you don a rental bid, This is for a period of 21 days. Once the period is over the acres you were renting are released and then reallocated to the highest bidder.
Your Quartermaster will attempt to get keep them for you and he indeed tried with a bid of around 220 if I recall correctly. Similar bids are grouped and this is why you see one large bid instead.
However, the current highest bid at that port is 280. So, someone else got your acres instead.
There are 3 ways to resolve this:
1) Use fertile lands and get 500 acres per card
2) place a new vid higher than all the rest
3) get more acres for the port through the port expansion law.
Especially for 3, This depends on the decision making of a whole country, however consider it a type of diplomacy when dealing with other countries and a type of politics when you deal with your own country.
Let me know if anything remains unclear.
