[FIXED] Enemy of the crown

I was just made aware that Grimrock Litless (#51878) is an Enemy of the Crown, an since I did not make him one, this must surely be a bug?
He does not show as EOC in Spanish Council or chamerlain page, but his profile show him as EOC, so therefor I can not do anything about it....

Disregard. I see that you are and the issue, although if your not paying attention you wouldn't think anything of the icon at the top of the profile.

Was he in some other nation where he was EotC. I remember clockwork being EotC in SKN due him being EotC in Bonaire

Or a previous king made him EotC, although neither of those make much sense. Why would someone EotC Grim?

From what i've been told, one can only be EOC in ones current nation, and must be the current rightful king who must make one EOC
