When i am viewing active enchantments on a target that had a bounty, the option to cancel the voodoo is there, however it only shows up when:

That voodoo isnt at the top of the list of active voodoo
And
When the voodoo above the bounty casts are not bounty casts.

When i click the cancel option for hostile waters (the bounty voodoo) it asks if i want to cancel drums of war which is on another fleet of mine instead of cancelling the hostile waters.

Try this out. Have someone set a random bounty on an inactive, then cast a hands of gold, then the bounty enchantment and check your active curses. The bounty enchantment has a cancel option.

This happens at your own casts at your own bounties.

For example, if you put a bounty for Antagonize and you cast the antagonize card, this does not trigger a bounty reward as it is you who has put the bounty up. So, you are allowed to cancel such, just as normal.

Can claiming bounty not be automatic though?

Exactly. It will ask you to cancel your hands of gold, for example, instead of the bounty cast, but it is still listed regardless

What's the issue it's been like that from the beggining it doesn't effect gameplay at all.

Its a typo that shouldnt be or so. A bounty shouldnt have a cancel button regardless if it doesnt have an effect.

I kinda like it the way its always been. A reminder that you cant cancel bounties you placed, and if you try, you lose one of your drums of war as a punishment. But what do I know? Im just a newb.
