Advanced Piracy - Skirmishes

Advanced Piracy - Skirmishes

As per CJ I am moving my request for this from the Mini Requests topic into its own suggestion.


I would like to see the Advanced Piracy voodoo card updated to include skirmishes.

While a minor increase to gc plundered, I believe it fitting to effect skirmishes as is does plunders considering the skirmish feature is in essence a pirate maneuver.
