I believe the ranking description to Governor is wrong. Maybe not a typo but still:
2.Governor - One person assigned per port controlled. The more influence rank one has, the bigger port in terms of population, he gets (if there are more than 1). Must have been at least a Duke in previous update.
It seems that as long as you were MARQUESS in the previous update, you can be promoted directly to Governor. You do not have to be Marquess, then be promoted to Duke, then to Governor, as the description suggests.

When doing a search for Afghani players, the country name switches from Afghanistan to the wrong spelled Afganistan (with a missing h).

Should be coin, not coins. Coins refers to a number higher then one.

Now that you mention it, I think the first sentence should be changed as well even though its not really a typo but more of a contradiction. Either that chest full of gold is really small or that one gold coin is really large.
I think it would be better to simply change it to "you found a treasure chest!"

The only problem with that is the function of the code. The text is pre-written out with exception to the value. While not difficult to create CASEs, it becomes a nuisance when only 2 cases exist. It is easier to just change the entire text.
Meliva also makes a good point.
Here is my suggestion:
You found a chest containing a shiny treasure!
Lady Luck smiled upon you on this fine day!
The value of the treasure is <X> gold coin.
Your treasure will never be safe, as long as I'm sailing!
