Fleets in port do not show available

This is unrelated to this.

This is related to a glitch happening when somehow a fishing fleet or shipwreck hunt fleet receives move orders. This however is sorted out automatically , once the fleet reaches the port. However, the message needs to be fixed. Not quite sure how to reproduce it yet as I tried reproducing it with no luck. This is why every case needs to be checked.

So far, I have not been able to check this one as I lack the fleet numbers.

If anyone has a similar thing happen to them, do nothing. Simply send me the Fleet ID.
